A Day at the Creek

Saturday & Sunday we went to the creek & had a great time with our dearest friends( Herold & Karen Ray) & their kids & grandkids & a few of their friends from KC. Skip & I came home late Sat nite w/ Carly, got up early & fried chicken for our lunch.We spent all day there today playing in the creek w/ the kids. It was another great memory maker. Saturday was Alices birthday& thought it would be fun to take the kids camping. Alice is 33. WOW! Time flies when you're havin' fun!

The Closer

This is a pic we took in Georgia when we visited the CNN building in downtown Atlanta. Julia spent a month with us. It was great!! This is for Lillie, knowing now how much she loves The Closer. Julia's 14th Birthday

We celebrated Julias birthday, Aug 1st, on Aug 2nd, at our house after a day of swimming & a cook-out.I can't believe 14 years ago I became a grandmother of such a beautiful baby girl, growing into a wonderful young woman. She has a heart of gold & we all love her so much!
