... Love demands compassion. Compassion demands understanding. Understanding demands knowing. To love, and to love only that which is perfect is not love at all, but idol worship. To love, and to love with every flaw and imperfection loved equally as well, is a love born of compassion. Humankind can only know perfection through the love of imperfection... in others and in the self."

check out Lex's hair after he took off his goggles! Me & Amy cracked up!
Oh my! Lex your hair is so in style! It looks like ALL of you guys had a fun time at the creek. I hope we have a few more weeks of good weather. I have a lot of outside work I need to get done, before winter sets in. This week they say it is going to rain and be cool. Cool I would like, but not all the rain. You took some really good pictures Sheree. I wish I good do better on mine. Bill and Steve and I are going to Grand Lake today, to try out the boat. Bill is buying John's boat. I will take my camera and see what I come up with. I hope it isn't a picture of me with an oar in my hand! K
Sheree, what a nice bunch of pictures. It looks like you had a lot of fun with a lot of people. And you cooked chicken for all of them? I would have taken up donations and got it at KFC!!!! I wish my pictures would turn out as good as yours, but most of mine are taken with a flash. I don't think they are as good as ones taken in natural daylight. Thank you for the very kind comment you made on my blog. It was nice to get something finished. I have started the embroidery for the bag. I like doing that, but using the sewing machine hurts my back. Whine, Whine. Sorry. Later...Lilly
Ok Sheree. I know that you changed the layout on your blog. Stuff that was on the left is now on the right, and the colors are different. I am sorry, but I don't care for the orange and brown. Unless you are just going to use it for a fall look. It is fun playing around with blogger, isn't it....Later, Lilly
I like the blue better! I am "following" your blog. I got to be the first one. Hey, Sheree, have you told your friend in KC and elsewhere, that you have a blog? They would probably enjoy looking at it....Later...Lilly
